Jane's story

I competed in the world masters athletics championships in Tampere, Finland which took place from 29th June to 10 July 2022.
In the W65 300 hurdles, I won a new World Record for the age group of 52.33 seconds - I had already broken the World record earlier in the season and have bought it down from 54.00 seconds.
I also competed in the W65 age group 80 hurdles which I also hold the World record for but unfortunately I hit the first hurdle and fell so that was my race over.
I ran a leg in the W65 4x100 relay and we took the silver medal and also a leg in the W60 4 x400 relay and we took the gold.
