CSSC places a great emphasis on ensuring that all volunteers are inducted into their chosen role or task. The process is designed to ensure that volunteers get the opportunity to meet fellow volunteers, head office staff and other useful contacts. All will be done to ensure that the volunteer feels well informed about the role and how to undertake it.
