The Judging Panels for CSSC's Major Trophies, Merit Awards and Certificate of Recognition include the Sport and Leisure Committee, Volunteer Committee and volunteers from across CSSC, who come together to consider all of the nominations received. Whether it is a standing committee or a specific judging panel the members represent a wide range of interests within CSSC including area associations, regions, voluntary sport and departmental associations . Each panel is chaired by a CSSC Executive Vice Chairman
Membership of standing committee is as follows: -
Chairman: Caroline Rolfe
The Sport and Leisure Committee judge the nominations for the Sportsperson Award, Innovation Award and Hayward Trophy
The Volunteer Committee judge the Volunteer of the Year Award and Russell Scott Trophy.
Nominations for each trophy, award or certificate are acknowledged.
Judging may take several weeks after a closing date. Once the judging panel has made its decision(s) the successful recipient(s) will be contacted. After this we will then let all nominators know the outcome of their submission.
Nominations for a Certificate of Recognition can be made at any time. Please allow up to five weeks for the judging process to be completed.
