Jon Bunyan - Wales Region
I am Jon and the VTL for Wales and Bristol.
Before working for CSSC I was in the Civil Service and worked for DWP and Welsh Government. I was a volunteer involved in organising cricket, rugby and basketball and for a short space of time the Chair for the Wales Region.
Despite pushing on in years I still feel young and keep fit by playing basketball with my kids who are now getting bigger and better than me!
Lucy Andrews - North West Region
Hi, I’m Lucy the VTL for the North West. I’ve been with CSSC since January 2019 and have come from a career in volunteer support and previously teaching. In my spare time you’ll find me at the gym, or in the countryside around Stockport (there is some, honest), where I enjoy time with my two dogs and family.
Colette Hampson - North East & Yorkshire Regions
I’m Colette and I am the new Volunteer Team Leader for the North East and Yorkshire.
I have come from a volunteer background from being a volunteer myself (and still am) to supporting and leading local Volunteer Branches at the National Autistic Society covering the North of England. I have, throughout my career, worked with people and in particular children and families and volunteers in many guises.
I am a mum, of a young man, which helps me keep up with current affairs. I also enjoy walking (dog in tow), and getting out and about.
Michelle Chelu - Midlands Region
I've had several different jobs: I left school and joined the navy and then went into IT and for five years was a police officer before having my children. I then got involved in working for children's services.
I've also worked for the National Trust as a Volunteering and Community Involvement Manager for over 600 volunteers at Hardwick Hall in Derbyshire.
We have a VW Camper van and spend most weekends in the summer camping and going to festivals.
I'm really crafty, love crochet and making things - but I'm not very good at finishing them!
I'm a qualified life coach and love helping people develop and reach their goals.
Lucy Vizor - Eastern Region
I’m originally from North London, now living in Northamptonshire with my husband and son. I studied Sport and Adventure Recreation at the University of Bedfordshire and love anything outdoors! Growing up I was involved with the Air Cadets, and to complete my Gold DofE I decided to get involved as a volunteer for The Scout Association (Cubs Section).
I have previously worked in a Primary School, for Enfield Council and most recently for The Scout Association. I have a lot of experience in working in development, volunteer recruitment, volunteer management, creating and delivery of bespoke training courses for volunteers and also getting more young people involved in Scouting!
My spare time is usually spent hiking up a hill somewhere, or chasing a small child up said hill…
Natalie Parry - South West Region
I’m Natalie and I have been with the CSSC Volunteer Support Team for around 6 years, travelling all around the South West meeting and supporting our fantastic volunteers. My background is in training, sales, marketing and graphic design. I am passionate about the CSSC product, and promoting health and wellbeing. I love yoga, running, travelling, my chocolate Labrador Cookie and generally being in nature.
Siobhan Hogg - Scotland Region
Hi I’m Siobhan. For the past 6 years, I’ve been working for the National Autistic Society, looking after their volunteer led branches in Scotland. Prior to that, I worked in the Voluntary Sector, leading a project to develop employer supported volunteering. I’ve also worked as a Job Coach, supporting young people with moderate learning disabilities and I started my career off as a Recruitment Consultant for Hays PLC.
In my spare time, I love being outdoors in the fresh air. I also love travelling and my next trip is to Nepal. I look forward to meeting you all soon!
Chris Edge - South and South East Regions
Hi, I’m Chris. I am the Volunteer Team Leader for the South and South East Region. I’ve been at CSSC for 3 years now and feel so privileged to be working with an incredibly dedicated group of volunteers. Things are so easy when you are surrounded by such passion!
In my spare time I volunteer within the Sea Cadets but the best bits are my family! My Wife and I love to take advantage of the discounts on offer to take our 2 daughters to go and see the fishes in the Sealife Centres, and when we get a bit of time, utilising Tastecard and the Cinema vouchers for a night out.
