Welcome back, AW22
Happy New Year and welcome to 2022. We hope you had some great time off and feel refreshed and re-energised.
Whether you spent the time relaxing, working, or with friends and family, January can always feel a bit of an anti-climax. This is why we’re excited to announce Active Wellbeing 22, to help launch 2022 in the right direction.
Pledge with Active Wellbeing
At the heart of Active Wellbeing is our pledging game. Make a pledge to increase your activity. Track and record your progress to win a new badge each day and be entered into draws to win some top prizes worth £10,000!
Your pledge can be anything you want. Perhaps pledge to go for a lunchtime walk or take the stairs every day, or maybe tidy up the garden or take a Yoga class.
Whatever you choose, not only could it win you some fantastic prizes, but it could also be the springboard you need to jump-start your year.

Why sign up and pledge
Active Wellbeing is supported by the entire Civil Service. HMRC Direct General for Customer Services, Myrtle Lloyd, says about Active Wellbeing:
“I'm proud to sponsor the Civil Service Active Wellbeing Campaign for 2022, and excited to get involved in the activities. My pledge this year is to get out on my bicycle at least once a week and explore the countryside around me.”
But, much more than senior support, are the huge benefits, that being active can provide. It will help you stay fit. It gives you energy and vitality. And improves your wellbeing, your work-life balance, your motivation and your teamwork.
Make your pledge on 6 January 2022
