We’re here to help you get moving
If you know what you want to achieve over the next four weeks, great! We’ll be here to cheer you on and encourage you with our great new game and online tracking support. If you update your progress and collect your weekly badges, we’ll enter you into our prize draws to win some epic training tech and giveaways. Like fitness trackers, memberships and retail vouchers.
But if you don’t yet have a plan and would like some support, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered too. Check out our ideas and themes for your pledge. We’ve covered everything from expert to beginner, for health and fitness or relaxation and wellbeing.
We’re with you through it all and beyond
Once you’ve made your pledge, our support doesn’t stop there. We’ve got hundreds of hints, tips, tools and resources to guide you through the next 30 days of Active Wellbeing. Why 30 days? Well, we’re hoping by taking on this new activity or challenge for a whole month, it will become part of your routine and you’ll be much more likely to have a new habit, which you’ll want to carry on with, throughout 2021.
Support your colleagues
Even if you can’t get involved yourself, you can still help your friends, family and colleagues fulfil their pledge. From cooking their healthy meals and preparing protein shakes to timing and tracking their runs or workouts. Every little bit of encouragement makes a huge difference and will massively help motivate that change they want to make.
