Changes in Stevenage!

27th Feb 2020

CSSC have now updated Stevenage AA's name to Hertfordshire AA.

This is to make the AA name more reflective of the locations within. To help with this region, CSSC are recruiting volunteers across a number of roles:

If you are interested in any of the following roles, or want to find out more, please get in touch with Lucy Vizor via email or call 07384 892573.

Hertfordshire AGM:

Stevenage/Hertfordshire AGM took place in January. We spent some time saying thank you to our longstanding volunteers. Liz Bristow has been volunteering with the Area for over 40 years and has made the decision to retire. We want to say a huge thank you to Liz for all her hard work and dedication over the years and we wish her all the best in any future endeavours.

Alan has been volunteering with the Area for just over 4 years and has managed the accounts for the Area (not an easy task to say the least!). Thank you, Alan, for all your dedication and commitment and we look forward to working with you on planning some events in the near future.

Although the officers have now stepped down in Stevenage Area, this doesn’t mean it’s the end of the road! The accounts are now being managed by the Region, and we have put some ticket only events online that members can access.

We will be working with a team of volunteer event organisers to put a programme of events on for the year and there will be a member survey sent out shortly, to find out what members would like to see more of in the Area.

If you would like to get in touch and find out more, or offer any suggestions for events we could run please contact Lucy Vizor, Volunteer Team Leader - Eastern.
