Inspire Me 2018

When it comes to kick starting a healthier lifestyle, a little inspiration goes a long way. 

For 2018 a few of our CSSC members have agreed to document their inspirational stories as they embark on a 6 week journey to reach their fitness goals.

Group 3

  • Diane Newman - Has set the goal to finish the 3 Peaks Challenge.
  • Anya Newbrook - Has set herself the goal of running two 10k races.

Group 2

  • Jonathan Phillips - Has a goal to compete in a 10k in April.
  • Stephen Morrison - Has set a goal to restart his fitness drive and inspire others to do so.
  • Lucy May - Has set a challenge to complete the Ironman challenge on 10 June.

Group 1

  • Aisling Creedon - Has set herself a challenge to complete 60 wild swims by the end of March.
  • Sarah Hickling - Is hoping to improve her overall fitness, as well as tennis and yoga skills.
  • Shane Goddard - Wants to help motivate others to get active.
  • David Grundy - Recently joined a gym and is hoping to improve his overall health and improve injuries with the help of yoga and pilates.
  • Neil Okninski - Started running after suffering a major injury in 2016, he is now training for a Marathon
  • Liam Ottewell - Is getting married next year and is looking to get fit!
