Make a complaint

At CSSC we work constantly to make sure our members and volunteers are happy with our service. We believe that in most cases we solve things quickly and fully the first time you get in touch. Occasionally however, we aren’t able to achieve that for whatever reason and when that happens then we’d like to hear your feedback.

Please get in touch, so we can understand what went wrong and resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.

Please note that all complaints will be acknowledged within two working days.
