We’ve partnered with sleep experts, Sleepio, who can teach you how to manage the worries and thoughts that can make it difficult to sleep. They can help train you to fall asleep naturally, stay asleep, and wake up feeling refreshed and revitalised.
If you’re having trouble trying to fall asleep and stay asleep, then Sleepio can help. Sleepio has NICE accreditation and been listed on the NHS Apps library. It’s a science-backed sleep improvement programme that can help you manage the issues that may be affecting your sleep and help you discover the reasons for your poor sleep.
Sleepio is a fully-automated digital, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for insomnia, that works by providing everyone with the level of help they need, when they need it. This includes a personalised series of sleep guides covering a range of topics.
The CBT programme includes:
- CBT sessions with the Prof
- Learning techniques to improve sleep from your personal sleep expert (six 20-minute sessions per week).
- Sleep-diary, keeping a daily sleep diary to help tailor your CBT sessions based on your week’s sleeping patterns.
