Fantastic days out at Osbourne House and Carrisbrooke Castle Isle of Wight. Not all rooms were open in the house but enough to make an enjoyable outing. Plenty of open spaces and walks to enjoy.
Had a great day. Lots to see. There was a trail for the kids to follow, they had to find the clues dotted around the castle and work out the answers. We climbed to the top of the tower and saw the breathtaking view and got a glimpse of France in the distance. Loved the day and we were all very tired at the end from all the walking but it was brilliant
Went again and spent more time looking around the castle; the views from the top are fantastic :)
Amazing place to visit. The tunnels are amazing, history brought to life. The staff, tour guides, were all friendly, approachable and so knowledgeable. Will definitely be back again. Thank you 😊
So much to see and do. Excellent value and worth the membership if for this alone.
Fantastic day out with my grandchildren and their dad (my eldest son). The falconry display that day was an added bonus - plenty to explore and see - nice cafe. Will definitely go again.
Fantastic views from the top of tge keep. Beautifull castle
Excellent day out with our grandson. So much to see and do. We will definitely go back.
Lovely family day. Kids enjoyed it and ran about lots!
We have been visiting for a few years now and keep finding areas of the site we haven’t visited before, which keeps it interesting. The site is huge, so it never feels over crowded. We normally combine Dover Castle with visits to a couple of other English Heritage sites nearby (Deal and Walmer Castles).
