Rachel’s career to date has been mainly in HR and since January 2016 she has worked on an interim basis with several third sector organisations around HR and organisational development. Prior to this Rachel spent 8 years as HR Director of Turning Point, a large health and social care organisation, where she led the development and implementation of the People Strategy. As well as working in the not for profit sector Rachel has experience of the public sector (through roles at JobCentre Plus and Ofsted) and the private sector having started her career at Barclays.
CSSC / Relevant Experience
Rachel worked with CSSC as HR Director on a part time contract basis from February 2016.
Rachel joined CSSC as an appointed Member of the Board in March 2017 and is also a member of the Resources Committee.
