Pilates teaches us how to move correctly and activate different muscles at the right time, particularly the focusing on core strength. Having a strong core can prevent us from pain and injury but also allows us to be able to use our bodies to perform our physical daily tasks.
CSSC life Pilates classes are designed for both beginners who are just starting their Pilates journey and for the more advanced Pilates exercisers who are more experienced.
Yoga can be enjoyed by everyone. Whether your aim is to tone up, relax, reduce your stress levels, or simply boost your energy levels. You will learn how to strengthen, tone, and relax your body whilst quietening your mind.
We have classes that cater for beginners and for those who are more experienced and advanced.
A stretch and a sweat in one place! Similar to our yoga classes but with a little added cardio to test yourself physically and mentally. Sure to leave you feeling less stressed and calmer. Ideal for the busy person with little time available to exercise.
Kickstart with Ciara - Challenge Workout and Q&A
Start each week by testing yourself with Coach Ciara’s Challenge Workout. A great class to measure your progress each week. Ciara will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have and share her advice and tips for the week ahead.
Zone Out Yoga
In Yin you can hold postures from 3 - 5 minutes at a time, usually with your eyes closed. This 'me' time is a great way to reflect and meditate and break out of those unhelpful postures. This class is the perfect body balancer for a busy and active life.
Quick Morning HIIT
Take ownership of your day and enjoy the power of your natural energy and endorphins! An quick intense workout aimed to increase your heart rate, stamina, and lung capacity and burn calories. Covering all body areas this is suitable for all levels of fitness.
This is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally noncontact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn a huge number of calories during this fast, fun, and engaging class. No experience or equipment needed.
CSSC life bodyweight strength class will focus on using your own bodyweight to create time under tension to stress your muscles. strength training is a super tool for not only becoming stronger, but leaner too.
Exercise for Runners
The correct muscle activation, strength exercises, and recovery methods are key to successful running form. Our coach will take you through some simple exercises to compliment your run training both before and after you set off!
Paying more attention to the present moment – to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you – can improve your mental wellbeing. Learning how to do this can be challenging and take time.
This class is a great opportunity to give yourself that time and practice becoming more comfortable in the present moment.
