Health & Wellbeing Journeys

For many teams across the Civil Service, the COVID pandemic meant rapid change to working practices and raised the importance and benefits of moving to smarter working.  75% of People Survey respondents felt that smarter working was helping them to be more productive.
However, as with any change we need to ensure that we consider the impact on our wellbeing and take time to look after ourselves and live a healthy lifestyle.  Many of us can relate to finding that we were eating or drinking more during lockdown and exercising less. While for some people it provided the motivation they needed.
