• The deadline for receipt of entries is 5pm on Friday 9 December 2011.

• Entries will be accepted in one of three forms: (a) via a fully completed official entry form deposited at CSSC's stand (E20) at the 2011 Emergency Services Show; (b) via a fully completed official entry form sent to iPad Competition, 7/8 Buckingham Place, Bellfield Road, High Wycombe, HP13 5HW; or (c) via email to sharon.ashby@cssc.co.uk stating the entrant's name, employer, telephone number and email address.
• No cash or alternative prize is available.
• The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from those correctly submitted.
