Requesting hard copies
Please don't request copies 'just in case'. Only request copies that you actually intend to use in the short to medium term
Don't leave it too close to the date you need copies before requesting them (especially if you want a sizeable quantity) in case an item is running low and needs to be re-printed. Please leave 4 weeks
Large volume requests, say 500 or more, will impact on central budgets - in these circumstances it may be necessary to discuss sharing the supply and transit costs.
