CSSC Sponsorship Scheme Award

CSSC member, Matthew Gleaves, receives funding from CSSC's Sponsorship Scheme.

The Scheme, launched last year by CSSC and funded by CSIS, has been set up to provide financial support for members with disabilities or those who are able to demonstrate particular financial hardship.

One of our members, Matthew Gleaves, who is ranked number 2 in the UK in his sport of Wheelchair American Pool, has a number of goals for the coming year including participation in the European Championships and qualification onto the able bodied American Pool UK circuit.

His award from CSSC is to assist with the costs connected with attendance at UK ranking tournaments.
