The closing date for entries into the CSSC Games is 31 July 2011. Leeds - Their publicity officer is off travelling the world and they have asked me to advertise for a replacement volunteer. The role is mainly emailing members about local offers and activity. If you think you can help then email me. I will then put you in touch with the committee.

Northallerton are doing a Ghost Tour in Richmond on 14 June. Be quick if you want to go as the closing date is 14 May. See the poster here.

Scarborough Association has enhanced their cash back scheme. Please see the website for more detail.

They would like to enhance their leisure programme as well. If you could organise a trip for your fellow members you will get a free place. Contact Tony Ross if you have something in mind.

West Riding & Craven are running a trip to Wimbledon for under £110 for 2 days. See here for the information. 

York - the Association is celebrating by holding a 60th anniversary ball at the Ebor Suite at York Race Course on 4 June. This a chance to get dressed up and enjoy this black tie event that includes dinner, wine and disco for only £20. You can find all the information on this Poster.

Butlins Skegness - come and enjoy a day out on 11 September for only £7.50pp. All the usual facilities will be available including the Splash sub tropical waterworld, free funfair (excl. concessions), all restaurants, cafes & bars and the live entertainment. National Events

This is sailing by the seaside! From 23-24 July 2011, our CSSC national competition takes place at Netley Cliff SC on Southampton Water.  Click here for more information.

We need your help please!
We have recently launched a project civil service wide via the Head of Communications for the civil service to try to recruit more CSSC members. Information was sent through to Government Department intranets giving ALL civil servants access to 3 Countdown offers for 2 months.
