Debra Allott MBE - as well as being the first recipient of the Volunteer of the Year Award, the Chairman of the Area Association of the Year and the new Chairman of Yorkshire Region, Debra has now topped it all by being awarded an MBE in the New Year's Honours list. Congratulations from all in Yorkshire (and all at CSSC!)!

Events

Barbados Challenge - Scrabble is being substituted by 8 ball pool. We need an organiser to run qualifying events during 2011 so that we can send a team to Barbados in 2012. It will mean a fair bit of work but if you think you are up to the challenge please contact Dawn MacDonald
