According to our records it appears that your CSSC membership ceased in 2011.  Perhaps you left the department and didn't realise you were able to keep on your membership, or perhaps you changed roles?  Maybe you even made a conscious effort to cancel your membership; either way, we're sorry to see you go, and would like you to come back.
