Mind the Gap
| One of CSSC's ongoing challenges is to keep in touch with our members; making sure we have home addresses and, where possible, email addresses so that members can receive their copies of Leisure Scene, our Members Offers' booklet and occasional promotional emails. At present, there are around 35,000 members for whom we don't hold a home address and even more that we don't hold an email address for at all. Volunteers can do loads to help CSSC mind this data gap. If you come across members that aren't receiving their CSSC publications or promotional emails or no longer have a CSSC membership card, please ask them to contact CSSC's Customer Service team on 01494 888444 or by email at headoffice@cssc.co.uk. Alternatively, print off the Contact Details form attached to the right of this story and circulate these at your events. Keeping in touch with members is a major priority; please help with this by working to reduce our data gap. |
