Head Office Contact Details

Main Head Office Teams

There are six main staff teams within Head Office. Each has specific roles and responsibilities and all have had changes in personnel during this year. Read on to ensure you're fully up to date with who does what.

Customer Services

Our Customer Service team aims to provide excellent customer service to all members and volunteers and, as well as often being the first point of call for general enquiries, is also responsible for processing membership applications, calculating AA and DA grants and dealing with payroll and pension units. Business Support Team

Business Support provides support to volunteers and CSSC groups within specific Regions with a view to developing and improving CSSC's programme of activity and associated communications. The Business Development Assistants are based in High Wycombe with the Business Development Executives based in the regions. Business Support is also responsible for the administration of CSSC's Online Shop and the production of bi-monthly regional enewsletters

Event Team

The Event Team provides support to regional and national event organisers and Activity Bodies to help maximise publicity for and participation in CSSC events. They also deliver some CSSC events directly. Each team member has lead responsibility for liaison on a selection of sports and activities. Marketing

The Marketing Team produces all printed material promoting CSSC, ensuring consistent branding and professionalism. We are able to help Areas, Regions, Departmental Associations and Sports Bodies with the production of posters and leaflets, along with managing all merchandise requests for you. Along with responsibility for the CSSC website, CSSC's Leisure Scene magazine and V News communications are both also produced by the marketing department.

Membership Recruitment Team
The Membership Recruitment Team's role is dedicated to carrying out awareness and recruitment presentations to potential and existing members. The team works with affiliate groups and individual members in an attempt to bring CSSC's most up to date offering to the notice of the widest possible audience. Although the team often work within specific planned geographical campaigns, they are available on request to visit any office within the UK.

So, if you would like to have a presentation in your office or can recommend an office that would benefit from such a visit please contact Samantha Hart to arrange a suitable time. The team are particularly keen to explore contacts with new Public Sector groups.
