CSSC Volunteer Development Manager

Hedley Featherstone fulfils this important role. Hedley has been with CSSC since April 1991 during which time he has gained considerable volunteer management experience working with Regional Councils and Sports Bodies as well managing the BDEs.

The main purpose of the role is:

• To ensure CSSC is at the forefront of volunteering good practice.

• To continually review and re-direct the support CSSC gives to its volunteers.

• To provide secretarial support to the CSSC's Volunteer Committee

Hedley supports CSSC volunteers by working and liaising with affiliated associations, clubs and councils. He is a key source of support and guidance on volunteering matters.
