V News CSSC Sports and Leisure Volunteer

Welcome to the latest issue of V News.

Two exciting events are at the top of the agenda at the moment: The London Olympics 2012, and our very own version, The CSSC Games 2011! Both are set to be incredible events for the volunteer as much as the participant. The deadline to apply as a volunteer for London 2012 is only days away, so I hope your applications are in by now, but if volunteering at the Olympics is a little too ambitious for you, why not stick to something a little closer to home? Volunteering at The CSSC Games 2011 will be launched online at the end of November, and more information will be published in the next issue of V News.

V News is sent out to less than half of our volunteers simply because we don’t have everyone’s email addresses. I really want to increase this number over the next few months, so if you know of any CSSC volunteers who don’t get V News let me know so we can start sending V News to them asap.

In the meantime, if any of you have anything interesting to share in the next issue of V News I’d really like to hear from you!

Enjoy…

Louisa
