Accommodation: Overnight accommodation will be booked for Conference night, Monday 13 June 2010. Please give details of a person to share a twin room with (if known). Otherwise, we will let you know who you will be sharing with.

Costs Observers attending Conference: £145 (Double/Twin Room) or £185 (Single). Important: All Conference accommodation charges must be paid for at the point of booking or CSSC must be given authority to recover the sum(s) involved from the relevant affiliated association grant or budget. In all cases, observers should make clear how any outstanding monies are to be paid or collected. If the sums are to be deducted from grant or budget, this should be approved by the officers of the affiliated association concerned and notified, in writing, to Sharon Ashby at CSSC, ideally by email at sharon.ashby@cssc.co.uk If you are paying the cost yourself, a cheque made payable to CSSC should be sent to Sharon Ashby, CSSC Sports & leisure, 7/8 Buckingham Place, Bellfield Road, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP13 5HW. Alternatively, members can pay by credit or debit card over the phone. If bookings are received that require a payment and no payment is received with the booking, the sums outstanding will automatically be deducted from the relevant affiliated association grant or budget. If the affiliated association does not wish to meet these costs, it will be necessary for them to recover the sums involved from the individual member. Prior authorisation is required from Sharon Ashby before any flights are booked.

There are a limited number of single rooms available for which a supplement of £40 (inc VAT) is payable. These rooms will be allocated on a strict first come, first served basis.
