These listings have been available for some time and many AAs already make periodic requests for this information. The reports are generated when the approved pro forma is received by the Customer Service Team at Head Office. These reports are very flexible and can be adapted to meet your local needs by including certain fields and omitting others ? the pro forma enables you to confirm your requirements. The pro forma for general membership listings is available from any member of the Customer Services team or can be downloaded here. General Membership Listings will normally be dispatched within 14 days following receipt of a correctly completed report request pro forma.

Multiple membership checks can be carried out quickly on provision (by email) of a simple excel spreadsheet designed for the task. The spreadsheet requires completion of CSSC membership numbers and surnames (as a minimum) though additional information should be supplied (e.g. NINO, Date of Birth, Govt Dept) when known/available. This report checks membership records on ADMiT and produces contact details together with the date of last subscription payments. This is a great way to check membership on a group of members e.g. a coach trip or other local event. It is not intended for checking on individual members. The relevant Excel spreadsheet can again be obtained from Customer Services
Multiple Member Check Reports will normally be dispatched within 7 days following receipt of the relevant spreadsheet.
The new members report will be available to Area Associations (AAs) who wish to proactively communicate with new CSSC members in their area. The monthly report is produced as a monthly 'Ons list'. Your Area can opt in to receive the report by completing this document The report will contain details of all the new members that have joined in the preceding month for each CSSC Region and will easily enable AA colleagues to focus quickly on their Area. This report will normally be dispatched within 7 working days after the previous month end.
CSSC takes very seriously the issue of Data security. These membership lists are to help you within your role. Please ensure that you do not pass on any of the details in these lists outside of CSSC Sports & Leisure.
This information should be retained securely and destroyed in a sensitive way when no longer required.
