CSSC provides a portfolio of Members' Offers to enhance and complement our core membership offering. The scheme aims to include merchants and service providers that range from high profile high street brands to local offers with independent traders. It is the intention that the offers and discounts available should be easy to understand, effectively promoted and include the least amount of additional effort possible on the part of the member to redeem. Whilst occasional 'one-off special offers' may be included within the portfolio, the primary aim is to include offers and discounts that remain in place throughout the year.

The scheme is an integral part of CSSC's recruitment and retention programme, attracting new members to CSSC who may not initially be interested in the range of other events and activities we offer, and retaining members who find they no longer want to take part in any of these activities or opportunities. The scheme must be operated professionally and efficiently, offering excellent customer service.

Members' Offers Scheme

Our current Members' Offers scheme is run by an external company called Countdown. They fully manage the whole programme for us. In 2010 our initial three year contract with Countdown comes to an end, so we will be putting this scheme out for tender. Your feedback will directly influence our decision about the future of the scheme.
