Welcome to 'Get Involved', CSSC's volunteer recruitment service.

CSSC volunteering is open to anyone eligible to be a CSSC member.

You do not need previous experience to 'Get Involved' with a CSSC club or association which is great news as volunteering can and does bring many benefits.

Volunteering with CSSC is

How to find a Volunteer Opportunity

If you would like to 'Get Involved', click here to access the current opportunities to volunteer with CSSC, which are located on our Vacancies page. Whether there is a particular vacancy you are interested in, or not, please contact Hedley Featherstone, Volunteer Development Manager. Email hedley.featherstone@cssc.co.uk or call 07802 482330 and he will be able to give you more information about specific adverts, forthcoming vacancies or explore with you how you can 'Get Involved.'

How to register a volunteer vacancy.

Actively promoting and advertising the volunteer opportunities available within your club or association to members may directly encourage people to come forward and offer to 'Get Involved'.

Through 'Get Involved' your club or association volunteer(s) vacancy will be posted on the CSSC website, be featured in the bi monthly volunteer e-newsletter V News, circulated to Departmental Sports Associations and if sport specific forwarded to members with an interest in that sport.

CSSC's Role Outline page offers you a number of downloadable role descriptions for typical volunteering positions within CSSC providing a useful idea of the skills and responsibilities required of the individual carrying out each job. The role outlines can be used to help you create a volunteer advert.
