Unveiling the 2010 CSSC Membership Card

Since 2008, CSSC has issued an annual membership card to all members for whom home address details are held. This is dispatched with the members' Countdown Savings Guides for the coming year. The 2010 cards will be issued in January and should be received by all members by the end of that month.

Please ask to see membership cards at your CSSC events and activities. This is one way to check membership and is also a good way of establishing if the person is getting their CSSC communications. If they don't get a card in January, then it could be that we don't have their correct home details. Therefore, they won't get Leisure Scene or any other mailings. If that's the case, they should contact the CSSC Customer Service Department on 01494 888 444 or email headoffice@cssc.co.uk

Of course, the card is only valid as long as the member is paying the appropriate membership subscriptions. The only way to guarantee that the people at your event, trip or activity are members is to check with Head Office. Click here for further details on checking membership.
