I am delighted to be able to provide you with information regarding our Annual Conference 2011 by email this year. This is as a direct result of feedback from last year's delegates and is a way of saving members' money - we hope you like the new format.

Why should you come to Conference?
CSSC's Annual Conference is an ideal opportunity for volunteers to get together and really make a difference to the way in which CSSC operates. It's also a place where you will learn about current and future CSSC initiatives. 2011 is going to be a very exciting year for CSSC; we have many challenges and changes ahead of us so this is your opportunity to have your say and help mould the future of our organisation.

Who should attend?
Please note that this email is being sent to Secretaries, Treasurers and Chairmen of all affiliated bodies, so please discuss amongst yourselves who is best placed to attend as your group's representative. Please do all you can to ensure that someone from your part of the organisation attends; perhaps there's someone on your Committee who hasn't been to Conference before and would benefit from the experience, either as a delegate or as an observer.

Below you will see appropriate links to relevant information regarding your specific role within CSSC, whether you will be representing a Departmental Association, Area Association, Region, Sports and Activity Body, or National Organiser, so please click on the relevant link in order to access the information for you.

We look forward to welcoming everyone to another informative and interesting CSSC Conference in June. Delegate packs, which will provide you with hotel details, directions and other important information, will be sent to attendees on Friday 27 May so you should receive it no later than Monday 6 June 2011.

If you hold multiple voluntary roles within CSSC for which an Annual Conference invitation is appropriate, you may enable other members to act as representatives of the other bodies on which you serve, dependant on who you choose to represent. Please specify clearly in which capacity you are attending on your Conference booking form.
