Dear Member, 
As a thank you for your support over the years, your committee would like to reward you.
We have come up with a list of leisure and sports events/activities, and we will pay for the cost of you being able to participate.
Obviously, we cannot pay for you all in respect of all the events/activities
Hence the draw
The Prizes have been divided into Four categories :
Annual/ season cards/tickets
Leisure events
Local Sports events
National Sports events
You can enter the draw for one prize in each of the four categories.
i.e. you can enter for up to 4 prizes, but they must be in different categories.
A list of the prizes and the rules of the draw are attached.
Entries must be made via email and received by 23 December 2011 to : cmasoncssc@hotmail.co.uk
Please include the following information:
Name and CSSC membership number
Prizes for which you wish to enter (Max. 4)
Address to which prizes should be sent
After the draw has been made, a list of results will be published on the CSSC West Riding & Craven AA website and individual winners will be notified.
