10% REFUND ON ENTRANCE FEE TO ANY SOUTH WALES OR SOUTH WEST ATTRACTION.

Claim must be made within 8 weeks of visit – proof of visit must be provided, e.g. ticket stub, receipt for online payment, etc. Refund applies to a family ticket or 2 adults and 2 children under 16.

Daytripper claim forms are available on SPOK or from your rep.

This replaces DIY trips & the National Botanical Gardens offer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Offer applies to attractions in SOUTH WALES (Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, West Glamorgan, Mid Glamorgan, South Glamorgan, RCT and Gwent) or SOUTH WEST (Gloucestershire, Avon, Somerset and Wiltshire).

2. Members can claim back 10% of Standard Entrance fee for family ticket or for 2 adults and 2 children. Does not include any additional charges made at certain times of the year, e.g. Christmas.

3. Claim must be made within 8 weeks of visit.

4. Proof of purchase must be provided – Ticket (photocopies accepted), Online purchase receipt, Credit/Debit card Receipt.

5. Members may claim twice a year.

6. Offer does not apply to any attraction that already attracts a CSSC or Countdown discount – details of such discounts may be found on CSSC and Countdown websites.

7. Offer is valid from 20 July until further notice and replaces the National Botanical Gardens membership and D.I.Y Trip Offers.

8. The decision of the committee on any refund is final.
