Events Supported
Refunds will not be paid out for activities that are subsidised by the e-trading scheme.
Example Refunds
Theatre (50% refund up to a maximum of £10.00)
Concerts (50% refund up to a maximum of £10.00)
Sporting Events (50% refund up to a maximum of £10.00)
The Following Rules Apply
1. Only CSSC Members are eligible to receive refunds.
2. Event organisers will be entitled to attend events free of charge.
3. The total refund payable to members cannot exceed £10 per month (not including Gym Membership and CSSC events).
4. Organised CSSC events will receive a reimbursement on a case by case basis other claims will be dealt with at the committee’s discretion.
5. Gym Membership will receive a refund of £20.00 (WEF Sep 11).
6. All claims should be submitted at the end of each calendar month and received by the treasurer no later than 2 months of the event having taken place.
7. All Members are responsible for providing receipts to support their claim and it is the responsibility of the claimant to ensure timely submission of claims – postal delays will not constitute a reason for delay.
8. All re-imbursements will be subject to funds being available and refund rates will be revised if necessary.
9. Any cheques not collected within 3 months will be cancelled.
