All theatre refunds must be sent directly to Carolyn Morgan; Team 7, Contact Centre, Bridgend.

• There are 4 claims per person per year - 20% refund
• Booking charges are not refundable
• Claims must be made within 1 month of performance
• Performances at South Wales venues only
• Maximum claim is 2 adults and 2 children
• Children are strictly up to 16 years old only
• Tickets must accompany the application
  (The tickets can be returned if you wish to keep them as a memento)
• Maximum refund per application £15
