Rules for the use of the Portsmouth CSSA Hampshire CCC Member Tickets.

1. The 4 membership tickets are the property of the Portsmouth Area Civil Service Sports Association and as such care should be maintained when in the custody of those members using them.

2. Only subscribing members of the Portsmouth Area CSSC are eligible to enter the Hampshire CCC ticket draw. In order to apply to take part the following details are required:

a) Name

b) Membership No.

c) Employers name & Work location

d) Telephone contact No.

e) A contact email address.

3. The draw for the 2 ticket winners will take place 3 times a year to allow new members the opportunity to take part.

4. Each of the two winners will receive 2 tickets for a specified Hampshire game at The Rosebowl for four day LV County Championship, Clydesdale Bank 40 one day and Friends Provident T20 matches. Members will adhere to Hampshire CCC smart/casual dress code. Jeans are acceptable, providing that they are not torn or scruffy. However please do note: not allowed are running trainers, un-tailored shorts, vests, bare chests, football shirts, rugby shirts or open toed sandals for men. Whilst there is no strict rule on shirts preference would be that men wear collared shirts or polo shirts.

5. The tickets must be collected and returned to the agreed committee custodian before and after each game in which they were used, in a timely manner, to allow other members adequate time in which to use them.

6. Any member who loses or misplaces the season tickets shall be responsible for the cost of replacements from Hampshire County Cricket Club.

7. Before receiving the season tickets, members must show a valid Portsmouth Area CSSC membership card as proof of identity.

8. CSSC members entering the draw will only be allowed to win the use of the tickets once in any season for a home game.

By entering the draw all members agree to abide by the rules.
