Rules for the use of the Swindon CSSC Swindon Town Football Club Season Tickets.

Please note: This is now closed for the 2010/2011 season

1. The 2 season tickets are the property of the Swindon Area Civil Service Sports Club and as such care should be maintained when in the custody of those members using them.

2. Only subscribing members of the Swindon Area CSSC are eligible to enter the STFC season ticket draw. In order to apply to take part, the following details are required:

a) Name
b) Membership No.
c) Employer's name & work location
d) Telephone contact No.
e) A contact email address.

3. The draw for the 2 season ticket winner will take place twice a year to allow new members the opportunity to take part. Entries for the first draw must be with the contact shown below no later than midnight on 1 August 2010. Entries after this time will be carried forward for the second draw later in the year.

4. The winner will receive 2 tickets for a specified Swindon Town FC home game at the County Ground. The tickets must be collected and returned to the agreed committee custodian before and after each game in which they were used, in a timely manner, to allow other members adequate time in which to use them.

5. Any member who loses or misplaces the season tickets shall be responsible for the cost of replacements from Swindon Town Football Club.

6. Before receiving the season tickets, members must show a valid CSSC membership card as proof of identity.

7. CSSC members entering the draw will only be allowed to win the use of the tickets once in any season for a home game.

8. By entering the draw all members agree to abide by the rules.
