South West Region Barbados Challenge 2009

The program of qualifier events to be held during 2008 is now being finalised. See below for forthcoming events, dates and venues

As the South West is a large region it was decided that the Barbados qualifiers should be spread around the region, ending up with a Barbados Final. As a committee the best way we could do this would be to split the Region into three 'zones' which are as follows:

Zone 1 (North Zone) - Cheltenham, Gloucester, Bristol, Swindon, Bath

Zone 2 (East Zone) - Salisbury, Bournemouth, Weymouth, Yeovil, Taunton

Zone 3 (South Zone) - Exeter, Plymouth, Torbay, St Austell & Bodmin, Mid Cornwall

For most sports, each zone will hold a zone qualifier and the winning teams from these will go through to the Barbados Challenge final. Where a sport is also a Regional final, this will double as both the Barbados Final and Regional Qualifier.

Members may enter any zone qualifier they wish, however they may not enter more than one qualifier in each discipline.

If within a zone/area there are not enough people to make a team, yet they still wish to enter, forms can be sent in to lacey.kenworthy@cssc.co.uk and teams will be put together where possible.
