Scottish Men's Darts Results

This event was held on Sunday 2 May at Rosyth Civil Service Club.

A total of 43 entries were received for this year’s competition with 36 competitors turning up on the day.

Winners Derek Shields & Gary Leitch (HM Prison Service)
Runners Up Allan Stephen & Michael Thomson (HM Prison Service)

Team

Winners William Velzian, John McGrouther and Jimmy McDougall (Edin)
Runners Up William Stuart, Dave Lessels & Tommy Miller (Rosyth)
Result 4-0

There were 7 180’s hit on the day, these were from Michael Thomson, Tommy Miller, Bernie Carr, William Velzian and with (3) John McGrouther.

The highest finish was achieved by Tommy Miller with 154 and Tommy went on to complete a terrific day for him with the quickest game too, this was a 15 darter.

Congratulations to all the winners, with Tommy Miller in the singles, and team winners William Velzian, John McGrouther and Jimmy McDougall going forward to the national finals to represent Scotland at Stoke on Trent in November.
