Scotland Region Communications Officer: "I joined CSSC shortly after starting with the MoD in 1975. Having been an avid golfer all my life, it was always inevitable I would eventually become involved as a golf organiser. I've been the Secretary of the MOD(Glasgow) Golf Section since 1991, have organised the DSRA (MoD) National Golf Final since 1992 and was their Scratch Champion in 1995. I've been Scotland Region CS Mens' Golf Organiser since 2002 and was elected to the Scotland Region CSSC as Communications Officer in early 2009 and later elected to serve on the committee of the national Civil Service Golfing Society. I am currently enjoying early retirement from MoD service." |
