Mixed Pairs Bowling Competition

Seventeen pairs entered the competition, which was held at Rosyth Civil Service Club on Sunday 16 August 2009.

Miraculously, the weather stayed dry, although it was very windy.

A quick reminder to Jim McDougall, who had played in the competition for the last two years - it's a four bowl competition, not two, Jim! His excuse for not making the finals this year was that he only brought two bowls and had to borrow two from Rosyth Club. A likely story!!

Bob Trainer and his wife, Shirley played in the competition this year for the first time. Bob who is the chairperson for the Scottish Regional Executive Committee presented the prizes.
