Please note that a CSSC booking must contain:
- 5 CSSC members playing within each adult league team
- 6 CSSC members playing for a block or casual booking on a 5 a side pitch (out of 10 players total)
- 8 CSSC members playing for a block or casual booking on a 7-a-side pitch (out of 14 players)
