The CSSC Tyne, Wear and Northumberland (TWN) Area AGM will take place on Thursday 29th March 2012 at the TYNESIDE IRISH CENTRE. Room open at 5.00, meeting to start at 5.30pm (buffet at approx 7.30pm with 2 drinks vouchers for each member attending)
To help entice you to the AGM, the following prizes will be on offer exclusively to CSSC TWN members who attend the AGM:

(Membership cards must be produced to claim your prize - if your name is drawn and you cannot produce your membership card then there will be a redraw. In the event that there is more than one nomination for any of these positions, an election will be held at the AGM and, if not enough written nominations have been received to fill all the Officer and Management Committee posts, nominations will be accepted at the AGM.
There are up to 10 members Management Committee posts available to be elected at the AGM. In the event of there being more than 10 nominations from the meeting an election will be held.
There will be limited availability of the area annual report, audited accounts, previous AGM minutes and policy document at the meeting. These will be posted on the area website prior to the meeting. Please print off and bring your own documents if you require them.
If you wish to propose a motion or item for discussion at the AGM, it must be received by COB on Tuesday 6th March by Dave Lee (e-mail address above). You may also include a short paragraph in support of the motion / item for discussion.
