Please note, the current BU administrator Mark Simons is unable to take BU applications and we are unsure if any applications have been dealt with since December 2008. If you have sent him an application form since December 2008, can you please re-submit your form to masood.mohammed@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk

If you have posted a claim form to Mark during the last week please contact carl.calvert@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk for details of where to re-send your claim to.

Until further notice, application forms should be submitted to masood.mohammed@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk and claim forms to carl.calvert@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk
