What is your current job and where do you work?

I am a manager of an operational section in HMRC

How did you come to be involved with CSSC?

I went to a CSSC Newcastle AGM and became interested in how members' money was being spent

Describe your normal week?

Work, family time, playing sport and dealing with CSSC business!

What skills do you need to do your job with CSSC?

Commitment, ability to see both sides of a discussion, a tough skin (to accept the decision of the committee, even if you don't agree with their decisions)  and common sense!

What aspect of your life do you most enjoy?

I love sport, but my life would be empty without my family around me.

What is your pet hate?

People who let you down.

What are your hobbies?

Football, cricket, tennis and volleyball (+ CSSC business of course!)

What would you do with a million pounds?

Definitely retire from work! Probably buy a nice house and take life easy playing as much sport as possible and organising CSSC events!

If you were ever to be on Desert Island discs, what music would you ask to take away with you?

Easy listening to relax to and a bit of light rock music to wake me up!
