The CSSC North Staffs Area Association wants to play its part in helping its members maintain a healthy lifestyle and so are offering a £50 subsidy to any local member who takes out annual membership at a gym of their choice. All you have to do is get a receipt/provide proof of payment for your membership, attach it to the claim form and await your cheque for £50.
