The CSSC Derby Area Association wants to play its part in helping its members maintain a healthy lifestyle and so are offering a 10% subsidy to any local member who takes out annual membership at a gym of their choice. All you have to do is get a receipt for your membership, attach it to the claim form and await for your cheque.

Please note that this offer is subject to a maximum payment of £50 in any calendar year and applies to one gym membership only.
