Coventry Area Association

Notice to members of the Annual General Meeting of the Coventry Area of the CSSC to be held on Monday 21st March 2011 @ 1300hrs at the Quadrant Club, Coventry.

Will any members or CSSC officials wishing to attend please contact the Secretary by 11th March 2011.

Nominations for Officers must be forwarded in writing and received by the Secretary at least 14 days before the date of this meeting. The nominees must be members and their consent must be obtained.

They must be proposed and seconded by members whose membership numbers and names must be quoted.

Items for Any Other Business must be submitted to the Hon Secretary in writing not less than fourteen days before the date of this meeting. Such items must be signed by two Ordinary members who are prepared to attend the meeting to propose or second them.
