CSSC Health Club at the HMRC Building, Coventry

Did you know that there is a CSSC Health Club at the HMRC building, Sherbourne House, 1 Manor Drive, Coventry?

Although it is mainly used by HMRC staff it is open to all CSSC members as the gym has a separate access via a swipe card. It is open Mon - Fri from 7am to 7pm.
The Health Club presents a modern, bright energising image, offering state of the art equipment and services, designed to make working out an integral part of your working day.

Equipment Available:

Cardiovascular machines - treadmills, steppers, cycles, cross trainers and rowing machines.

Resistance - a range of upper and lower body machines, free weights and stretching area.

Membership Package Includes:

Unlimited use of the Health Club, the innovative activ+ wellness programme, discounted therapies and classes, equipment induction, personalised programme and fun interactive fitness challenges.
