What is the scheme?
It is difficult for the Area Association to organise events that appeal to all of its members. So, to ensure that all members can benefit from the money the Birmingham Area Association receives, a sum has been set aside to subsidise sports and leisure events that have not been organised by the Association. Your minimum spend must be £20 and you can claim £10 back twice in a calendar
year (Jan – Dec).
Please note that the scheme will be reviewed by the committee and, should the sum set aside be reached, they reserve the right to withdraw the offer.

What can I do?
You can do anything you would like. Some examples of events are: plays, shows, concerts, evening classes, dancing classes, sports lessons, team meals, National Trust membership and much more. Holidays are excluded.
How do I claim?
Fill in the subsidy form, attach the receipt and post it to Steve Smith, CSSC,
15 Hurst Green Road, Bentley Heath, Solihull B93 8AF.
What happens next?
All requests will be checked to ensure that they meet the criteria (inc. membership checks) and will be paid out monthly by cheque.
