Members of the club are entitled to enter the club competitions. The club organises the London CSSC Bowling Championships in singles, pairs, triples and fours, for men only at present. These championships are a qualifying event for the English Civil Service Bowling Association National Championships, at which our champions participate. These are usually held at Leamington Spa during August Bank Holiday week. The English Champions then proceed to compete in the International (UK) Championships, in various locations in the UK the following year.
21 members participated in the Men's 2011 Championships which comprised 15 singles, 8 pairs, 4 triples and 2 fours teams. The Competitions Secretary is always willing to team up individual entrants who want to play in the Pairs, Triples or Fours. We have in the past run a Ladies Singles Competition and we will be actively encouraging entries for this in 2012.
